One major disadvantage of such plans are that weight is lost by following the diet but once we stop following the diet and run on normal diet the weight gets on very fast.

Losing weight is very important for obese people but so is exercising. Weight loss diets usually curb the intake of carbohydrates to a considerable level which leads to the burning of the body fat due the metabolic activity of the body. Weight loss diets are very easily available on the internet but one should not follow it blindly. It would be very beneficial if a medical practitioner is consulted before following any diet plan.
